Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name and the email address you enter at checkout, along with what you ordered and whether you chose pickup or delivery. For delivery orders, we also receive the delivery address you give PayPal.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the optional phone number you provide, the topic you choose and your message.

When you sign up for our newsletter, either in the “Stay in the Loop” form or by ticking the box at checkout, we collect your email address.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card, bank or PayPal account details go directly to PayPal and are never sent to or stored by us. PayPal's use of your information is covered by PayPal's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and fulfill your order, to contact you about pickup or delivery timing, to send your order confirmation, to answer your messages, and, if you signed up, to send our newsletter.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who helps us handle it

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and its features: PayPal (payments), Resend (order confirmation and contact form emails), Brevo (our newsletter list), Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (website security and delivery). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your cart

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites.

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back; it isn't sent to us until you check out. PayPal, Vercel and Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security, fraud prevention and keeping the site running.

How long we keep it

We keep order and message details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep the business records the law requires. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
